Health & Safety Management Procedures
Ensure all operatives have the correct personal protective equipment suitable for the contract.
Ensure all operatives are suitably qualified for the tasks performed in relation to the contract.
Before the contract begins, a Site Safety Induction will be carried out by the appointed safety advisor or site manager responsible for day-to-day health and safety management. Attendance is mandatory for all operatives and subcontractors.
As part of the Site Safety Induction all operatives will be familiar with the approved Method Statement and Risk Assessment in relation to the contract and a copy will be kept on site by the Forman.
As part of the Site Safety Induction all operatives will be made aware of the clients rules and regulations.
